Happy Halloween!

I'll be honest, Halloween has never been a favorite holiday of mine. I can't even tell you the last time I dressed up. But Adam loves Halloween! He makes every holiday so much fun, and this year Halloween was no exception!

We carved pumpkins with the cousins for Family Home Evening, and made yummy caramel apples! Nicholas was nice and let Chandler be his carving buddy. :)

Adam decorated his mom's front porch to get ready for trick-or-treaters. His plan was to sit on the porch  as part of the decode to "welcome" the kids when they came. But the first few groups were so scared that they wouldn't even walk up to the door!

In the afternoon we walked in the neighborhood costume parade with our cute little lumberjack! Be honest, is he not the cutest thing you ever saw?? We walked with our cousins... Cleopatra, a Ninja Turtle, and a Bird! :)

It was so neat so see how many trick-or-treaters were out that evening! Every house in the neighborhood was handing out yummy treats... Adam's next door neighbor even decorates her whole front porch, and then dresses up in a witch costume and serves home made root beer from a big black cauldron! How cool is that!? So you see, folks, Halloween really is fun... at least in St. Johns! :)
