Adam had a free weekend, so we took advantage of it and rode the train to South Bend, Indiana to visit our friends Brodie and Nicole. Highlights of the trip included dinner at Texas Roadhouse, a UNC vs Nortre Dame Basketball game, and a quick tour of Notre Dame. It's a really cool campus, covered with huge trees and old buildings. I bet it's beautiful in the summer when there's no snow! Nicole was an excellent tour guide, and a good sport to do it in a snow storm! :)
Chandler and little Piper are three months apart. They weren't quite sure what to think of each other. Someone at the game actually asked us if they were twins! I think she'd had one too many drinks, maybe? It was a really fun weekend with the Howards!
