Thanksgiving at Disneyland!

We just got back from the funnest Thanksgiving weekend... at "the happiest place on earth!" We had the best time with all the Pattersons! We stayed in a house just about a mile away from Disneyland. We drove there on Wednesday and got settled in, and then Thursday we celebrated Thanksgiving at the house, complete with all the fixings, and spent the day relaxing, playing in the pool, shooting pool, napping, etc. We even ventured out Thursday night to do a little black Friday shopping!

We spent Friday and Saturday and Disneyland and California Adventure! We headed out bright and early and ran all day! It was nice that our rental house was so close so we could take a little break in the afternoon for babies to nap and get geared back up for round two in the evening until the park closed at night. Friday it was actually raining when we got to the park early that morning, so there was almost no one there. We donned our ponchos and just ran from ride to ride, with pretty much no wait. It was perfect! The parks were all beautifully decorated for Christmas, and all of the parades and shows, and a lot of the rides were holiday themed for the Christmas season... so cool! I was a little nervous about how much fun we'd have packing our 5 month old around with us, but he was a trooper. If he wasn't sleeping through a ride, he was completely mesmerized!

It was such a fun trip, and it's always a good time when the family's all together! So glad we got to be with them this year! Now, picture overload... :)
