July

Whew! July was a busy month! Here's a quick review:

* The first week of July was the Crockett family reunion. The first part was held in Pima, and then everyone headed to Hannigan Meadows in the white mountains for the rest of the week. With Adam's boards only a couple weeks away, and a tiny baby, we opted to not go up to the mountains. But, it was fun to get to see Aunts and Uncles and cousins that we hadn't seen for a couple years! And Chandler never lacked for attention or arms to be cuddled in! :)

* Happy 4th of July!

* Aunt Kelsey got married!! July 13th, in the Mesa Temple. It was a great day with family. Welcome to the family, Matt! We're happy for you guys, and so glad we could be there for your special day!

* Adam took his Step 1 boards! We had to wait a couple of very long weeks to get the results, but HE PASSED! I never doubted that he would. But it was awesome to see him rewarded for all of the countless hours of studying over the past several months! I've never met someone so dedicated! And, he did it with a new baby and a semi-crazy, sleep deprived wife!! We're so proud of him!

* We went to St Johns for our daddy's birthday, and the big 24th of July celebration. We watched Adam and his brothers play in the 3 on 3 tournament (they got second place), and went to the ice-cream social, the parade, the camp-a-rama, and the family dance. It was so fun to be back for all the festivities this year! All the excitement wore Chandler out!

* Poor little Chandler's got colic, and he's cried quite a bit this month. And, by quite a bit, I mean most of the time. And can I just say, this boy's got some strong lungs! We've done a lot of walking, bouncing, and rocking. But, every once in a while, he'll tease us with a little smile. Yesterday we finally caught one on camera! How can you not love this cute face?! Yep, we'll still keep him! :)
* 1 month stats: weight - 10 lbs, 15 oz
                          length -  23 1/4 inches
                          head -    15 inches
