One Month!

We've been Nevesians for a whole month already! Some days it feels like we've only been here about a week, and some days it feels like we've been here a lot longer than a month... in a good, comfortable sort of way:) We went out last night and celebrated our 1 month mark at a little place called "Seafood Madness!" We were the only ones in the restaurant, so we were a little hesitant, but the food turned out to be really good! Adam had lobster and loved every bite! I had the catch of the day, and it was delicious!!

Some of the things we've managed to live without for a month... (but maybe still miss a little) :

- carpet
- water pressure
- a real shower head
- hot water
- our reliable car, with it's 4 good tires
- wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches
- in and out
- dr. pepper
- being able to watch a whole football game on tv (the time change is a killer)
- our really nice bed
- texas road house
- QT gas stations
- mexican food
- an air conditioned, bug/lizard free home
- Arizona sunsets

Yes, we may or may not be already discussing which restaurant we'll hit first when we get back to America for Christmas break! :) Sure, we miss a few of the comforts of "normal" life, but all in all we're doing great. We're loving life, and the new adventures living on a tiny island brings almost daily!

Life can only be good when you have a view like this every day. It's not Arizona, but it comes in a close second in sunsets.
